The Tri-State is once again on the edge of a winter storm moving through the midwest that will eventually give way to much nicer weather by the weekend.

** Winter Weather ADVISORY Overnight for All of Southwest Indiana and for Henderson, Daviess, & Hancock counties in Kentucky**

OVERNIGHT: Scattered Snow Showers Diminishing (Less than 1" with Heavier 1-2" Amounts Possible North and East of a Line from Vincennes to Petersburg, Santa Claus and Tell City). Windy with a Low Around 30. .Sunrise 6:14

WEDNESDAY:  Mostly Cloudy.  Windy & Very Cold with a Few Scattered Flurries (Best Chance During the Morning East of US 41).  High Around 40.  Winds NNW 15-25.

WED NIGHT:  Some Clearing & Cold.  Low in the Mid 20s.

THURSDAY:  Clearing Skies & Not as Cold.  High in the Mid 40s.  Winds N/NE 5-10.
