Judge Upholds Smoking Ban in Indianapolis

A federal judge rules Indianapolis can stay smoke-free. Some businesses
say the ban is hurting their business, but the judge says they failed to
demonstrate the merits of their claim. Several local businesses and
organizations have also filed suit in an attempt to overturn
Evansville's smoking ban, but they are taking a different approach.
Those businesses say the Evansville ban is unconstitutional because it
treats Casino Aztar different.
