Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A Henderson man pleaded guilty to charges of receiving child pornography. James McGan entered the plea in U.S. District Court in Owensboro. He told the judge he purchased the images from a website in October of 2006. Prosecutors say some of those images show children as young as 6 years old. McGan faces up to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced in July.
