Man Faces Charges in Domestic Incident

Evansville Police arrest a man after they say he beat his wife and pushed another woman down some steps.
Officers were sent to an apartment in the 13-hundred block of West Delaware, where they say they found 53-year-old Joseph Floyd, who was violent, and pushed a female friend down the front porch steps.
Officers say Floyd then shut the apartment door and began hitting his wife. Police say she was able to escape, allowing police to bust down the door and take Floyd into custody.
Floyd now faces criminal confinement and battery charges.
