KY Judge to Rule Soon on Execution Ban

A Kentucky judge says he plans to rule "very promptly" on the state's request to lift an injunction barring executions.
The judge says he'll also rule whether the Commonwealth can use a new, single-drug method to carry out lethal injections.
A Franklin Circuit Judge held a 90-minute hearing on the issue in Frankfort.
