The old Greyhound Bus Terminal on the corner of Third and Sycamore has been sitting vacant for six years. But soon, the historic building will see new life.
On Tuesday, the Redevelopment Commission approved the transfer of the building's deed to Indiana Landmarks, which will now pay for renovations.
Eventually, Indiana Landmarks will move its offices into the second floor of the building, and the first floor will be available for commercial and retail businesses.
