Man Allegedly Ready to Plea

An Evansville man is apparently ready to plead guilty to charges of child molestation and incest. Charles Poston was scheduled to go to trial Wednesday in Posey Circuit Court, but that trial was called off. A court official says Poston is now scheduled to be in court May 9th where he is expected to plead guilty to the crimes. State police say the incidents happened in October of 2006 at a home in Wadesville.
