Mariah, Elliott Yamin Perform During "Idol" Elimination Episode
"American Idols" top 12 has now been cut in half.
Last night, another hopeful was eliminated on the Fox show.
The bottom two consisted of two women -- Kristy Lee Cook and Brooke White.
Host Ryan Seacrest let the ladies know Miss Cook would be going home.
Kristy Lee Cook is a 24-year-old self-professed cowgirl from Selma, Oregon.
Last night was her fourth time in the bottom three since the show entered the top 12 phase.
Last nights show also featured performances from Mariah Carey and former "Idol" finalist Elliott Yamin.
Next week, the final six hopefuls will be mentored by legendary theatrical composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.
