Three Missing Children Subject of Amber Alert

An amber alert has been issued out of Chicago that includes all southern Illinois counties. Three siblings were taken from their home Monday. The children are hispanic. They're a 6 year old boy, 7 year old girl, and an 11 year old boy. Chicago police describe the abductor as a husband or boyfriend. The four were last seen in a 2002 gray or silver Dodge Dakota truck that is missing one Illinois license plate. The license plate number is 86196 HB.
