A Kentucky mother doesnt pay her bills, so instead of arresting her, police arrested her ten year old son at school. Timmy Stephens was pulled out of class yesterday at Longest Elementary School in Greenville, Kentucky. When he got to the principals office, a sheriff took him into custody. It turns out his mother made an agreement to pay the medical bills for another child who was hurt during a fight with her son. But she didnt pay two of her monthly payments. That prompted a judge to issue an arrest warrant to take the boy to a juvenile detention center. Timmy Stephens says the whole incident really scared him because he didnt know what was happening. "I was really scared and I was scared to go back to school today."
