Vanderburgh Co. Property Tax Bills

Vanderburgh County property taxpayers wont have to pay their bills at the normal time this May.
County Auditor Bill Fluty says there is still a good amount of work that needs to be done before the spring bills are mailed out.
Property tax payments were originally due May 12th, but that due date will be pushed back.
Fluty says bills must be sent out 15 days before they are due and that is not going to happen.
He estimates that the new due date for property tax bills will be late May or even early June.
