Just how are you planning to spend your tax rebate?
The IRS began depositing checks into accounts this week.
They ranged from $600-$1200, plus extra for dependents, but many tristate residents already planned well in advance how they would spend theirs.
Some say they will probably pay off a few bills, while others will use it for needed repairs.
But will it really help to re-start economic growth?
Some analysts say its too late.
While others like business analyst Todd Tucker say it will give the economy a boost and encourage consumer confidence.
The first paper checks will be mailed starting Friday, May 9.
