Pike County School Must Respond to Subpoena Request A Pike County judge is giving the school corporation one week to respond to a subpoena requesting school board records. Last Friday, Pike County Prosecutor Darren McDonald asked for documents related to the firing of a former school employee. The investigation centers on allegations that the employee was forced out, and his employment record was falsified. Attorneys for the school board say they need sufficient time to respond to the subpoena, but say their aim is to comply with the law. They have until Thursday to turn over the documents.
