Gas Prices Hit Fifth Straight Record
Retail gasoline prices have increased for the sixth straight day.
Triple-A reports the national average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline today rose to a new all-time high of three-dollars-and-78-cents, up one-and-one-tenth-of-a-cent from Sunday.
Drivers now pay 21-percent more for a gallon of gas than they did a year ago.
Crude prices settled at a record close of nearly 126-dollars Friday.
