Evansville police arrested a man in an overnight shooting.
Police say 29 year old Robert Stone fired a gun at carriage house apartments off green river road around 1:30 a.m.
Stone apparently shot his gun up into the air, after an arguement with a female.
When stone left the area, the 911 caller followed his white Chevy caprice and gave police stone's plate number and location.
When police caught up with the suspect - they took him into custody.
He faces a long list of charges.
He has since been released.
