An Evansville police officer thought he was pulling over a drunk driver, but he found much more.
Owen Cowherd and Kristin Battle were arrested at Highway 41and Lynch Road around 2 a.m. and charged with dealing in marijuana.
Police say a trucker reported seeing their pick-up swerving on the road.
An officer caught up with the car and saw the same thing.
When police gave Cowherd a breathalizer test, it came back negative.
However, the officer says he did find 30 pounds of marijuana.
The couple was arrested.
