Man Arrested for Throwing Rock at Fire Truck

An Evansville man faces charges after police say he threw a rock at a Perry Township fire truck on an emergency call. A Vanderburgh County deputy who responded to the call on Saturday afternoon says the suspect was Matthew Fetscher. They found him at a home on Rainbow Drive. Pepper spray had to be used to get him into custody. His father was on the scene, claiming Fetscher is schizophrenic. The officers say Fetscher told them he threw the rock because the fire truck's sirens set him off.
