Water surrounds the town of Bicknell. Too bad they cant drink it, because all the flooding shut down the citys water plant. Now the town is scrambling to find enough for their needs. They are relying on area firefighters transporting water from Vincennes to the Bicknell Swimland pool. They are are filling up the pool, treating the water and pumping it into the water tower. Bicknell City Police Officer Terry Stremming says it could be more than two to three weeks until the water recedes below the water plant. Right now the town is under a boil advisory. They say it could be up to two weeks until the water recedes and they can get the water plant back up and running.
