Boy Drowns in Owensboro Pool

Conflicting reports surround the apparent drowning death of a 5-year-old in Owensboro.
It happened around 5:30 Wednesday night when the boys family was visiting a friends home.
Police say one person dove into the murky pool looking for the boy, but could not find the body.
Then EMTs were called because no one else could swim.
Family members say at least 3 people jumped into the deep end of the pool and could not find the body.
They say EMTs later found the body in the shallow end of the pool.
Both sides say the pool had not been completely cleaned and it was difficult to see through the water.
