Gibson County Shelter Open

The Gibson County chapter of the American Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter for residents living near the White or Wabash rivers who need to evacuate. This shelter will remain open until further notice to help ensure those that need to escape their homes in the path of rising waters can do so safely. Anyone needing shelter should bring clothing, toiletries, medicine and other personal items they may need for the next couple of nights. The shelter is located at 312 W. State St. in Princeton.
