Savannah Garden Apartment Fire

It happened at the Savannah Gardens apartments on Covert. Manager Scott Evans says he spotted the smoke from his office window and rushed to the burning building. He broke a first floor window to see if anyone needed to be rescued. Thats when he heard a noise coming from the back of the building. The blaze damaged four apartments. One is a total loss. Firefighters say one woman went to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Nobody else got hurt. Fire investigators say they dont yet know how the fire started.
