Buyer for Executive Inn?

Theres talk that a deal could be in the works to buy the Executive Inn in Owensboro.
Evansville businesswoman Mary Hukill says she is part of a group interested in purchasing the hotel.
She would not say if she has made a bid yet, but she says there have been three bids made by other parties and rejected.
Hukill has been a part of other high profile projects.
She was part of a group that proposed a five story building in downtown Evansville for retail and restaurants.
She also belonged to a group that worked to make Evansville a frequent stop for several riverboats and she currently has a bid out to buy the Delta Queen riverboat.
