Leaders of the United Mine Workers of America union were in town Thursady to show support for the miners, and say theyll support them no matter what.
Representatives from both the union and foundation coal must meet to settle the mines closure and work out details of what the miners will walk away with.
Both parties are talking, but a date of the meeting has not yet been set.
