Evansville Doctor and Husband Plead Guilty

  An Evansville doctor and her husband, both accused of leaving their son in a car while they went shopping, have plead guilty. Dr. Christine Reagan and her husband Timothy plead guilty to one count of misdemeanor confinement Monday morning. As part of the agreement, they will serve a one-year suspended sentence, which means no jail time. Investigators say the sleeping child was left inside an unattended car for more than a half an hour while the Reagans went shopping at Kohl's shortly after Christmas. An evansville doctor and her husband, both accused of leaving their son in a car while they went shopping, pleaded guilty to lesser charges. Dr. Reagan was suspended from her job at St. Marys pending the outcome of the case. Hospital officials say they are reviewing the situation and havent made a final determination on "an appropriate course of action."
