Another evansville middle school is making plans to switch to student uniforms. McGary Principal Don Mosbey says he wants to create an environment in school that's more conducive to learning. Three area middle school have already gone to mandatory uniforms. This includes Harwood which credits the change to improvements in attendence, discipline, and academics.
