State Police Increase Patrols during Evansville Freedom Festival
Over the next several days, thousands of motorists will be traveling to this year’s Evansville Freedom Festival. To help ensure the roadways are safe during this upcoming weekend, Indiana State Police will be utilizing several unmarked Ford Mustangs and will be targeting aggressive and dangerous drivers. Troopers will concentrate their efforts on I-64, I-164, U.S. 41 and the Lloyd Expressway.
Indiana State Police want everyone to enjoy the festival and would like to encourage all motorists to drive responsibly.
