Police were attempting to pull over driver Jason Overton, the man pictured on the right, and his passenger Todd Boyd. But police say Overton refused to pull over and tried to out run officers. After running over stop sticks, Overton wound up running his Ford Explorer into a ditch near Wimberg and St. Joe in Vanderburgh County. That's when police arrested both men. They face a long list of charges. No injuries were reported in the crash.
