More than 400 active workers in Henderson are preparing to strike if the company they work for decides to void their union contracts.
Dana Corporation, makers of heavy axles for semi trucks, freightliners, large SUVs and buses, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and now they want to cancel union contracts to get some of that money back.
Right now, a judge is considering whether Dana can legally null and void the contract.
If he gives them the go ahead, they will strike.
Both sides expect an answer from the judge Monday.
FOX 7s Jaimie Weiss spoke with union representatives who say the company can fix their problems without getting rid of the union.
