More than 400 active workers in Henderson are preparing to strike if the company they work for decides to void their union contracts. Dana Corporation, makers of heavy axles for semi trucks, freightliners, large SUVs and buses, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and now they want to cancel union contracts to get some of that money back.
