A motorcycle crash this weekend killed a 10 year old boy during a motorcycle race in Paducah.
Ethan Gillim was racing at the Paducah International Raceway when he crashed into a concrete wall.
He died from injuries to his head and chest.
Ethan was a 4th grader from Philpot who attended Country Heights Elementary.
Counselors were at the school on Monday to give support to students.
Barry Boone, a race announcer, knew Ethan and says he loved life.
He says he was a jokester and just one of those people who touched your life.
Arrangements for Ethan will be held Thursday at noon at the Glen funeral home in Owensboro.
