Starting Monday, traffic on the Lloyd will come to a stop in one area.
Beginning at nine, crews will begin stretching and raising cables for new traffic signals at the intersection of Lloyd and Stockwell Road.
Traffic signals will stop for 15 minutes at a time, but will not occur after one oclock.
Motorists may want to seek alternate routes during this time.
