Officials have announced the identity of a man who was killed in Wednesday's fire at Lakeside Manor.

Investigators are searching for answers to what sparked a deadly fire that engulfed an Evansville apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.Thick, black smoke could be seen for miles away from Lakeside Manor, a complex that's home to hundreds of senior citizens.
One person is confirmed dead.
They're not releasing any information but say they think he was a visitor.
About 600 senior citizens live in this complex and seeing what happened today made for a very scary afternoon.
Flames shooting from the roof.
A plume of smoke you can see from miles away and in the end a body is pulled from what is left.
Knight Township was called to lakeside manor a home for senior citizens around 4:30.
"When we got here there were two units completely engulfed," says Fire Chief Dale Naylor.
It took a good hour to get the fire under control.
In total 12 units were either completely destroyed or left with smoke and water damage.
One belonged to 88 year old Sam Cusic who is hard of hearing and had no idea what was going on around him until he heard a knock at the window.
"I opened the window and said what do you want she said you got to get out of here there's a fire."
Cusic joined the rest of his neighbors as they watched the building burn - hoping no one was inside but that was not the case.
New that doesn't sit well with those who watched the building burn but like Cusic are happy their weren't more casualites.
The investigation is underway now.
Three people will be put in hotels Wednesday night and the rest are with family.
