Owensboro Chase Arrest

An Owensboro woman has been arrested after fleeing from police during a traffic stop. Police say they pulled over Stacy Peppers on 9th street around 1:30 Monday morning -- because one of her headlights was out. Peppers did not have her license so when the officer went back to his car - she took off. Peppers did not get very far. Police say she crashed into a ditch and was found hiding behind a building. Peppers faces a long list of charges including DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
