Law Enforcement officers are cracking down on drivers who dont wear their seatbelts.
On Thursday evening officers are doing a special "night-time" enforcement because statistics show many drivers are seriously hurt or killed at night because they failed to wear their seatbelts.
Drivers caught without a seatbelt will receive a $25 fine.
Drivers of cars already have to wear their seatbelt, but as of July 1st a new Indiana law makes it mandatory for drivers of passenger trucks and SUVs to buckle as well.
