A former Henderson county couple, arrested after allegedly leaving a house full of dead and living cats, have pleaded guilty.
David and Stephanie Rigdon appeared in court yesterday on four counts of animal cruelty.
The couple were originially charged with 32 counts, after animal control officers found dozens of cats at their Larue Road home.
They were also sentenced yesterday. David Rigdon must only serve 28 more days of his 90 day sentence.
Stephanie will not have to spend anymore time in jail.
The couple were arrested in late march at their current home in Louisville, and in possession of several cats.
