After missing several deadlines a Warrick county court reporter will not face any charges.
The transcript of David Camms retrial last year were finally filed in the warrick county courts Monday night, just meeting a deadline set by the Indiana Supreme Court.
Mary Kennedy was the stenographer for David Camms murder trial.
He was the former state trooper found guilty of murdering his wife, daughter and son.
Camms lawyers want to file an appeal but could not do that until the transcripts were done.
The Supreme court has not yet decided whether to accept the appeal. It has no set timeline or deadlines for a decision.
