Was it an accident, or murder? Fairfield, Illinois Police want to know just what happened leading up to the death of a local man. 21 year old Brandon Dozier was run down as he walked home from a party Sunday night. Dozier died at the scene. Police say the man who hit him then called for help. Theyve arrested 21 year old Jason Isle and charged him with aggravated D.U.I. and reckless homicide. One of Doziers family members says he and Isle had been fighting at a party before his death. A relative who asked not to be identified said he was "convinced it was intentional." Fairfield Police Chief Brad Winter says his office has been interviewing several people who saw both men before Dozier died. "We just want to find out the truth and confirm what actually happened," Said Winter Brandon Doziers family called him a friendly guy who always had a smile.
