The Stringtown elementary school student accused of bringing a gun to school last month says confesses.
The 10 year old was caught with the 9-MM hand gun on his bus ride home.
The boys name has not been released -- but prosecutors say he was in court this morning.
The judge ordered him to remain in a juvenile detention facility until his next hearing.
