Another case of animal cruelty is under investigation in Henderson county.
59 year old Donald Nunn reportedly admitted to shooting his neighbors dog with a rifle.
The collies owner had not seen the animal in over a week.
She later found it shot to death behind her house.
Animal control officers were taking pictures of the dog when nunn reportedly confessed to killing it.
Investigators say he was on his balcony, and shot the dog from long range.
Hes been charged with animal cruelty.
