One person is dead -- two others are in critical condition following an accident this morning on highway 62 near Newburgh.
Deputies say 20-year-old Dylon Havener of Rockport ran off the right side of the highway -- over corrected -- then ran head-on into another van.
The driver of the other van -- Sherleyne Mccoy of Richland City died at the hospital. Her husband -- Ula -- and Havener are both listed in critical condition at Saint Marys.
Daviess County Sheriffs Department say 34 year old Kevin Stoll from Montgomery died from injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle on county road 550 north in front of K&K industries.
Deputies say Stoll ended up pinned underneath a trucks trailer driven by Ricky Teverbaugh of Mooresville.
Stoll was taken to the hospital were he later died..
