The new Indiana licenses were unveiled in Evansville today.
Vanderburgh County residents were able to pick up the new digital drivers licenses and IDs at the north license branch.
The new cards are designed to help fight identity theft and prevent underage drinking and smoking.
Anyone under 21 years old now gets a vertical license with the dates they turn 18 and 21 highlighted in color.
The new licenses will be available at the east license branch tomorrow and the west branch in July
