Two Tri-Staters Accused of Murder in Wisconsin

Two people from Henderson are being without bond held in a Wisconsin jail accused of murder and child abuse. 23-year-old Candice Clark and 25-year-old Michael Sisk are accused murdering 36 year old Tammie Garlin, burying the body and abusing the victims eleven year old son in Portage, Wisconsin. Sisk and Clark appeared in court with two other suspects including a fifteen year old girl. All four are charged with murder and abuse. A missing 2-year-old from florida led investigators to the property in Wisconsin where they found the boy in a closet, burned and streaked with blood. They also found garlins body buried in the back yard.
