Adult Plaza Fined

A Spencer County Adult Plaza must pay a fine for violating county ordinances. Owners of the 231 Plaza Adult bookstore and lounge have to pay $30,000 for operationg a sexually oriented business. A Spencer County judge ordined the fine because dancers perform nude or semi-nude in the lounge and the business did not comply with repeated requests to get rid of the dancers. The stores attorney says the ruling is reasonable the business will make every effort to comply.
