breaking news
This years Freedom Festival is coming to a close and most are calling it a success.
Those attending the event say the live concerts, air shows, and boat races made the event enjoyable.
For some it was the cooler weather making this years better than last.
Other festival goers though were disappointed that groups like the snowbirds were not a bigger part of the festival.
But festival President Brad Mills is calling the event a success with a record number of people and even more to come.
He say July 4th the snowbirds will perform and they will have live musical entertainment for the first time.
The fourth of July festivities begin at 11 in the morning ending nine at night with a fireworks display.
