Remains Identified/Arrest Made

The remains of a missing Dawson Springs teenager has been found and identified as 19-year-old Rosemary Baker. An arrest has been made in connection with the case. Its a story weve been following for more than 6-months. Fox 7s Jason Claspell sat down with Rosemarys family and talked with the alleged murders neighbors. Heres more. 19-year-old Rosemary Baker, was loved deeply by family and friends. The mother of one went missing in late October of last year and since then nobodys herd a word about her whereabouts ... Until now Through dental records, rosemary was identified and Kentucky State Police broke the news to her family. Law enforcement have a suspect in custody and hes no stranger to violent crimes. Ralph belt preys on teenage girls and has been convicted of 2 counts of rape against a 14-year old girl. Ralph belt is facing murder, rape and kidnapping charges and being held in the Hopkins County Detention Center. As far as kRosemarys family, they say all they can do now is hope for justice. A fund will be set up tomorrow morning at 5/3 Bank to help with burial expenses. It will be called the Rosemary Baker fund
