Fatal ATV Accident

A 75-year-old Tell City man is dead after an ATV accident. Indiana Conservation Officers say Frank Zellers was driving his ATV through his Tobinsport yard when his son found him wedged against a tree with the ATV on top of him. His family says Zellers left early sunday morning to do work on the farm. His son didnt find him until 5:30 that evening. Investigators say zellers was attempting to ride down a small hill when the ATV overturned.
