The USI Board of Trustees has approved tuition increases for both the upcoming academic year as well as the 2008-2009 school year.
Both increases are about 3-and-a-half percent.
The in-state undergraduate credit hour cost will increase to about $158.
That translates to just under 48-hundred dollars per year.
The school is quick to point out its tuition increase is lower than that of Indiana, Purdue, Indiana State, and Ball State.
