Appreciation Picnic

A group used to receiving thanks, turned the tables Saturday afternoon. Evansville Firefighters Local 357 held an Appreciation Picnic for veterans. This is the first time the Union has held this type of picnic, they say they wanted to do it as a way to say thanks. The firefighters say Independence Day sparked the idea for the picnic, but they wanted to show veterans they are appreciated every day.
