The Gibson County man accused of abusing dozens of horses will be back in court today.
Richard Stallings was arraigned last month on five felony counts of cruelty to animals and more than 30 misdemeanors for animal neglect.
Stallings has pleaded not guilty.
Investigators say they found dozens of Stallings horses leaving in unsanitary conditions with not enough food to eat.
Since Stallings last court appearance, veterinarians have examined more of the horses.
More charges could be filed against him today depending on what they found.
