Woman Tied Up

A masked man attacked a Perry County woman at a Tell City camp ground.
It happened last night around 8 p.m.
The 19 year old victim told police a masked man struck her in the back of the head and tied her up.
She started kicking and screaming, thats when the suspect fled and she ran for help.
Police are looking for a white man, six feet tall with a medium build.
He was wearing black pants and black shoes, a tan stocking cap and no shirt.
He was driving a white two door passenger car.
