Garvin Pool Vandals Caught

The Evansville parks department says two young men and three young women admitted to vandalizing Garvin park pool earlier this week. The pool delayed its opening Tuesday after someone crawled over the fence during the middle of the night, threw picnic tables and lawn chairs into the water, then dumped three garbage bags full of food into the pool. The kids will spend time cleaning gutters in the streets of Garvin park as their punishment. Their names have not been released because they are all under 18.
